I’m Rae. I have over 25 years of experience as a fitness professional and want nothing more than to see you achieve what you thought was out of reach. I will customize your training to you — your fitness history, your background and your goals. I believe in a holistic approach to fitness, meaning I’ll consider your physical, mental and emotional well-being to best work with you and motivate you accordingly. I want you to feel comfortable and confident in your fitness journey. With me you’ll learn proper form and technique to ensure you perform the exercises correctly and avoid injury.

I’ve been involved in various sports since I was a kid so it was a natural transition for me to go from athlete to trainer. I came to LA from Boston via Atlanta decades ago because it was and still is a mecca for fitness. As a trainer, I’m extremely fortunate to be able to keep being active, train other athletes, and learn and grow in a field that I truly love.

My specialties include the posterior chain with a focus on glutes, weight loss AND weight gain and sport-specific training. I teach group fitness classes and bootcamps and am comfortable working in clients’ homes, the outdoors and gyms. I also offer travel training services so even if you’re on the go, your training progress doesn’t have to stop.

What I expect from you is consistency and to trust the process – it’s important to be patient, disciplined and persevere to see results. What’s important is body symmetry and proportions and again, getting you to where YOU want to go.
