Hello, My name is Kennedy Dennis and I am the founder of KD5FITNESS! I’m ecstatic to be your personal trainer/strength and conditioning coach and help you reach your fitness goals in the most efficient way possible. I have been training for 5+ years and have helped numerous people achieve their health and wellness goals overtime.

I’m a huge advocate of building confidence within yourself. Whether you’re a beginner or veteran in the gym, my goal is to instill that same type of confidence that I achieved when I first started working on myself into my clients. I come from a background of athletics with basketball and baseball being my top sports. As my time in competitive sports came to an end, I switched my focus to personal training and continued to develop my body, plus my clients’ bodies, as a whole.

I’m passionate about helping others achieve, not just their ideal physique, but learn how to make it sustainable for the rest of their lives. Many times we become very involved with trying to “look good” but don’t consider how to look AND feel good forever. That’s why I’m a HUGE advocate of taking my clients through mobility as well.

As an athlete, we are prone to injuries due to the nature of competition and sports. Coming from that background, I experienced numerous injuries in my shoulders and ankles. It wasn’t until I dived deeper into my mobility that I learned how to take care of my body, not just on the outside, but making sure the framework on the inside was just as solid.

To this day, hundreds of clients have appreciated the amount of time and effort I spend teaching them how to, not only improve their outer appearance, but improve their movement/mechanics on the inside as well. Whether they were improving their agility in their specified sports or just wanting to move/feel better, every client I’ve had has seen tremendous progress in their overall physique.

Everyone has potential to be the best versions of themselves. Whether you are just starting your health and wellness journey, a seasoned athlete, or a seasoned veteran in gym, I am here to help you reach that point quicker and more efficient than you ever thought was possible!
