Personal Trainer – Hello! My name is Nicki-Sue Wegrzyn and I specialize in strength training, hypertrophy training, fat loss, muscle building and BOOTY BUILDING. I have been training for over 10 years with experience. I know what it’s like to have to over come road blocks that may be getting in the way from reaching goals as I was born with a birth defect called a club foot (where your foot is backwards) but having surgery and castings during my childhood has lead me to be able to live an active lifestyle, just having to figure out modifications for certain things. Health and fitness should be a part of everyone’s lives, it just varies on HOW it should be a part of each persons life and in what ways depending on what they enjoy and what is suitable for their specific goals. Sabrina Jordan – Strength Trainer

I specialize in strength training, fat loss and nutritional guidance, and work with a wide range of clientele – from women who have little to no gym experience, to models who depend on their physique for acquiring new jobs. I also provide virtual training.
The majority of women I work with have goals of losing body fat, building their glutes, revealing their abs and shaping their shoulders/triceps. Not only do I coach my clients through exercises to train these areas, but I explain WHY they work and WHY I am programming them. Overtime, my own goal as a trainer is for you to understand basic weightlifting and foundational exercises so that you can confidently step into the gym knowing how to work out yourself!
I work with women who have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome), endometriosis, thyroid disorder, and lipedema. Resistance training is fantastic for improving these conditions because it is low impact, thus less inflammatory than HIIT workouts, and building muscle mass directly influences the production and regulation of hormones.
My style of training goes beyond what we do together in the gym. We discuss your everyday routines: work life, sleeping habits, anxiety levels, relationships, nutrition, water intake, etc. I believe in a holistic approach to fitness, which relies on understanding the big picture, and taking one step at a time to change your life in a sustainable way.
