Hey there! I’m Mia Sowash, and I’m here to guide you on your journey to a healthier, happier you. My passion for personal training comes from a deeply personal experience. Like many, I struggled with weight loss programs that promised quick fixes but left me feeling defeated and heavier than before. It took me three challenging years to rebuild my relationship with food and exercise, and to discover sustainable ways to achieve lasting results. I lost 40lbs in 7 months once the pieces fell into place!

This journey ignited a fire within me to help others who feel lost and frustrated in their own fitness journey. I understand firsthand the emotional and physical toll of trying to navigate this journey alone. That’s why my approach is holistic, addressing not just the body but also the mind and soul. I believe in creating sustainable lifestyles rather than quick fixes, ensuring that every client falls in love with the process, making their results lifelong.
