It took me three challenging years to rebuild my relationship with food and exercise, and to discover sustainable ways to achieve lasting results. I lost 40lbs in 7 months once the pieces fell into place!
This journey ignited a fire within me to help others who feel lost and frustrated in their own fitness journey. I understand firsthand the emotional and physical toll of trying to navigate this journey alone. That’s why my approach is holistic, addressing not just the body but also the mind and soul.
