Hi, I’m Jereth. Are you looking to gain 10 LBs of muscle in a 4-6 weeks? Grow and shape your glutes? Increase your athleticism for a sport? Whether it’s your first time training or not, I’m the trainer for you! With over 10 years of gym and sports experience, I know exactly how to help you reach your goals.

I personally gained over 80 LBs of muscle with an extremely busy schedule. I help other busy professionals get their dream bodies too. One thing you can count on is that every single session with me and without me around, I’ll be pushing you to do your best so that you can see your results as fast as possible!

I train athletes of all sports (including pros), and my specialty is basketball. I’ve been coaching and training for years and I almost went semi-pro at the peak of my personal career.
