Heather English – Strength & Conditioning Personal Trainer – NASM certified personal trainer—Hi, my name is Heather English and I specialize in weight loss, strength training, and nutrition with almost 10 years of experience in the fitness industry.
My goal is to inspire and help you to be the best version of yourself. I believe we hold ourselves back from greatness more than anyone or anything. I want to show you that you are capable of much more than you think and feeling tired, overwhelmed, overweight, and out of shape is not how you have to feel.
Now, you might be thinking “I’m sure I have to give up all my favorite foods” or “I must have to workout 7 days a week.” I am here to tell you and show you that you do not have to give up all your favorite foods, you do not have to workout every day of the week, and you do not have to be tired and unhappy with that person you see in the mirror.
I specialize in teaching my clients how to achieve their goals, both physically and mentally, through sustainable methods that can be sustained even when life gets hectic or throws challenges your way.
