My name is Kiara, I go by Ki! I am a NASM Certified Personal trainer, I specialize in functional strength training, muscle building, and booty building. I am your ultimate hype girl! I am dedicated to helping individuals foster an adaptable and sustainable approach for long term success.
Through tailored programming, I provide clients with an accessible and achievable path to better physical and mental health. I am motivated to inspire people to push them past their boundaries, and I believe that fitness should be a lifestyle rather than a fad.
The best initial decision I made while starting off my fitness journey was acquiring a personal trainer. The accountability and guidance helped me build the momentum to attain the results that I wanted to achieve and more. I fell in love with the determination to better myself and engraved a drive that inspired me to want more. The shift all around my life was positive, now I want to spread that love and impact individuals so they can truly see the beneficial outcome of what health and fitness entails.
Most importantly, my passion and more so my WHY is to help people become the best versions of themselves.
Fitness does not only become an external transformation, but it also generates a beautiful outlet that becomes therapeutic for the mind – discipline and mental clarity.
