    I’m Aziz, certified personal trainer. I came to LA in 2015, from Tunisia (a small country on the North African cost). I started working out when I was 16, and I started learning about fitness and personal training in 2018, when I met my coach, who taught me weightlifting, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, exercice programming, and martial arts. After two years of internship, I decided to start working at a gym. In 2020, I worked for Anytime Fitness and 24H Fitness as a third tier trainer.In 2021, I decided to start my own business and I started Aziz Kaffel Fitness, a personal training company for busy professionals who are looking to improve their lifestyle through fitness and nutrition.I have trained clients from different walks of life and I specialize in weight loss, muscle building, boxing, nutrition support and life coaching.My core values are focus, safety, honesty, results and fun.
